From the Field to the Finish Line!
Getting recruited is just the beginning. Finding a college is not the finish line. But closing the door on the process is. Making the transition from Late Active Phase to the Commitment Phase is significant and different from the other transitions. There is finality.
The Stages
Preparation Phase -
Gathering information so when it comes time to start - you have a plan!
Early Active Phase -
How to get started, where to get started. Making a plan of action and navigating your options and pathways.
Active Phase -
You are in the thick of it. A lot of this phase feels monotonous, boring, uneventful and even useless. This phase can be frustrating and even defeating. We can help you through this phase.
Late Active Phase -
Nearing the end of the process and looking to make final decisions or tie up lose ends.
Transition Phase -
A decision has been made and now it's about preparing! Believe it or not - the work begins now. A coach expects growth and development when you step foot on their campus. You do not want to be in a position where you have plateaued or digressed.
